Twine Integration Notes

• Created directory twine.genidiot.com\apps\mediawiki
• Copied LocalSettings.php and index.php from Genidiot's MediaWiki installation to above directory
• Made database changes to LocalSettings.php and removed custom namespaces
• Added definition for MW_INSTALL_PATH in tapp_mediawiki.php; required in LocalSettings.php and twine_ini.php
• Copied .htaccess from genidiot.com to twine.genidiot.com
• Changed rewrite rule in .htaccess to:

  ReWriteRule ^wiki/(.*) apps/mediawiki/index.php?title=$1 [L,QSA]
